Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Consultant role at Empire Today in the Port St Lucie, FL area. This position is 100% commission with commission bonuses, uncapped earnings, and paid training.

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs.
• Prospect hot leads, typically within a 1-hour radius, and leverage the strength of the Empire brand to generate referrals and grow customer opportunities.
• Represent a brand that has served customers for over 60 years and work with pre-qualified leads.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtually).

• 100% commission plus commission bonus opportunity; uncapped earning potential. Average first-year earnings range from $50,000 to $70,000; top performers earn well over $100,000.

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards; ability to drive with sample boards.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtual).
• Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation.
• Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel.
