Fitness Counselor

Overview

EōS Fitness seeks a Fitness Counselor to drive new member enrollment and support existing members.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals.
• Engage with members during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.
• Take ownership of results and adapt quickly to various situations.
• Communicate effectively with members and teammates with a customer‑service mentality.
• Operate independently, multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Utilize phone etiquette, computer/technology skills, and math abilities.

• Must successfully pass background check.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Comfortable with computer/technology and able to quickly shift focus.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

Hourly position, potential annual earning $33,000—$66,000 USD. 20 hours a week, Thursdays + at least one weekend day.
