Inbound Insurance Sales Consultant

• Handle inbound sales calls, answering customer inquiries and documenting requests while promoting sales
• Assess customer needs and sell appropriate insurance products, completing phone applications as needed
• Follow up with customers to offer additional coverage and maintain relationships
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company standards while maintaining necessary insurance licenses
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional manner

• Must obtain and maintain life, health, and accident insurance licenses within the first 90 days of employment
• Proven sales experience with strong closing skills in a sales‑driven environment
• Ability to adapt and remain resilient in a fast‑paced work environment
• Proficient computer skills, including multitasking with software and troubleshooting equipment for remote work
• High‑speed broadband cable internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

• Active Life & Health Licenses
• Knowledge of insurance products
• Current or prior call center experience
