Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Field​/Service Technician

At Mas Tec Advanced Technologies, your smile and technical expertise is in demand. You will provide and install the most advanced home technologies around – from satellite dishes to home security and smart home automation – and become the technician customers trust. This dynamic role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings and requires following safety guidelines.

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers.
• Foster positive customer relationships, troubleshoot and guarantee a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Perform indoor and outdoor tasks in various environments, including unheated or unair‑conditioned areas.
• Climb ladders (28–36 ft.) and lift 60–80 lbs.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures.

• Customer service orientation; you take it seriously and set the example.
• Knowledge or motivation to learn the latest technologies and master whatever’s next.
• Ability to multi‑task and work independently.
• Advises and recommends best solutions and products to meet customer needs.
• Desire to continuously learn relevant new technologies.

• Pay: up to $22 an hour or more.

• Successful completion of physical requirements: climb ladders, lift 60–80 lbs, total weight with tools not exceeding 375 lbs.
• Work could be performed in environments that are not heated or air‑conditioned, inside or outside, and may require kneeling, crawling, bending or other positions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test, criminal background check and MVR.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings.
