• Class scheduling and timeliness.
• Group fitness studio cleanliness.
• Customer service and member satisfaction.
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Continuing education.
• Class size management.
• Safety and reporting of incidents/injuries.

• Takes ownership of results.
• Fight hard to win.
• Adapts well and quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player; willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Energetic.
• Great fitness role model and motivator.
• Good musicality (stays on the beat).
• Clear communicator (cues well).
• Dependable.

• MUST have a nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.
• MUST have a valid CPR/AED Certification.

Hourly Pay Range: $28—$35 USD
