Overview

Group Fitness Boxing Instructor position with Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC. Crunch Fitness is expanding with 85+ locations and plans for 100+ more. The role offers growth and opportunities in a no-judgments gym environment that fuses fitness and entertainment.

• Lead group fitness boxing classes and potentially multiple formats as needed.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, high energy, reliability, organization, and teamwork.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment aligned with Crunch's No Judgments philosophy.
• Participate in in-house training and continuous education to stay current with formats and certifications.

• Group Fitness or Personal Training certification is preferred; training may be provided for selected candidates.
• Boxing/MMA background and experience is helpful.
• CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, with a willingness to learn multiple formats.
• Flexible to teach morning, evening, and weekend classes; strong communication and team orientation.

• Starting pay range: $25–$30 per hour, with potential raises up to $50 per hour based on tenure, formats, and schedule availability.
