Job SummaryLiberty Tire Recycling is looking for a Class A route driver at our Port St. Lucie location. Each driver has an experienced helper who assists in loading/stacking tires. Our teams are home nightly.
Duties and Responsibilities- Daily inspections of equipment per DOT regulations
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- This job requires physical labor.
- Practice safe lifting techniques while loading tires.
- Ability to work in different weather conditions.
- Attend Transportation Safety Meetings.
- CDL Class A License required with a minimum of 6 months of experience
- Must maintain a clean driving record that aligns with DOT standards.
- DOT physical and drug test required
- Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent military experience (preferred)
