AboutThe Role
We're recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to provide professional front of house, administrative, document control, subcontractor management, complaint management and business accreditation support.
Responsibilities- Front of House Duties
- Responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house service, ensuring that all visitors receive a positive experience. - Reception Duties
- Responsible for providing an efficient reception and telephony service: - Subcontractor onboarding
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date subcontractor database, supporting the approval process and ensuring compliance documentation is current and available. - Administration
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the business, ensuring the effective management of compliance records and accreditations. - Customer complaints
- Responsible for maintaining records and producing accurate management information to support business reporting, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction activities. - Document Control - responsible for maintaining effective document control systems, ensuring Company documentation is accurate, current, readily available and managed in accordance with business and quality management requirements.
- Preparation of operations and maintenance manuals
- Ex works
- Responsible for coordinating, compiling and issuing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals for ex-works projects, ensuring all documentation is complete, and presented in accordance with requirements
