Randstad are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a transformational project in the UK steel sector, based in South Wales. The role is temporary/contractual with four site days and one remote day per week.
You will lead commercial and contractual management on large civil/industrial works, prepare budgets, monitor forecasts, manage subcontract procurement and support project close-out across NEC, FIDIC and JCT frameworks.
