Working Foreman / Setting Out Engineer - Port Talbot (SA12)
Staff One Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Setting Out Engineer for a concreting project in the Port Talbot (SA12) area.
The RoleWe are seeking a confident and experienced Working Foreman to join a busy construction project. This is a hands-on position where you will split your time between carrying out physical trade work and supervising and leading a site crew.
Duties Include:
- Supervising and coordinating a team on site
- Carrying out hands-on concreting and construction work
- Setting out works accurately in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Managing day-to-day activities and allocating tasks to the workforce
- Liaising with site management and other trades
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintaining a clean, organised and productive work area
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman, Site Supervisor or Setting Out Engineer
- Strong experience within concreting or civil engineering projects
