Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

• Support pupils in the classroom, one-to-one or in small groups

• Assist with interventions and create a positive learning environment

• Work across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

What Makes a Great Teaching Assistant?

• Experience working with children (including ALN)

• Ability to speak Welsh is essential or highly desirable
