No previous school experience? That's okay. If you've worked with children or young people in any capacity, or have transferable skills from childcare, support work, coaching, care, youth work, or customer-facing roles, we can help you take the next step into education.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Assist teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and key learning skills
Support children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children or young people is desirable
A positive, patient, and caring approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
