Role OverviewWe are seeking a professional and personable College Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for EFI Group. The role is responsible for delivering a high‑quality, inclusive service to students, staff and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, safe and well‑organised environment. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication and a commitment to outstanding customer service within a college setting are essential.
Qualifications- Good general level of education, including English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
- First Aid qualification or willingness to undertake training
- Experience working in a college, school, front‑of‑house or customer‑focused environment
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality front‑of‑house or customer service experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and visitors
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment and to contributing to a high‑quality, student‑centred front‑of‑house service
- Funded professional qualifications including a personal growth allowance of £400 annually, paid for professional qualifications, Linked In Learning access and annual CPD

From £26,550 to £29,500 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
