Maintenance Engineer
Port Talbot
£45,000 - £52,000 + Overtime (£60,000 OTE) + Private Healthcare + Bonus + Pension + Staff Discounts + Annual Pay Review + Training Scheme

My client has a strong global presence and they dominate their sector as the market leader in the UK. Through continued growth they require a maintenance engineer to lead a team in improving site reliability and minimising downtime.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate engineering activities across shifts.
- Diagnose major plant faults and implement effective solutions.
- Manage maintenance work orders in SAP.
- Drive performance improvements through root cause analysis, preventative maintenance and high performance initiatives.
- 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights 7 - 7.
- Mechanical maintenance engineer/fitter from a factory environment (backgrounds from Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction or similar).
- Experience supervising engineers.
- Time served apprenticeship (HNC/ONC or similar).
- Hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding ability.
