Registered Nurse

About the Role

We are looking for kind, compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care home teams. In this role you will practice in a nurse‑led environment, develop complex decision‑making and collaborative skills, and provide a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families. You will be a registered nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid Pin number, and a commitment to the standards of practice set by the NMC.

You will advocate and deliver high‑quality care, mentor colleagues, support students as a practice supervisor and assessor, and contribute to safeguarding efforts.

• Provide clinical expertise and compassionate support to residents at a time when they are most vulnerable.
• Practice nurse‑led care, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
• Advocate for and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
• Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect; report concerns and follow up with escalation procedures.
• Participate in safeguarding training appropriate to your role and undertake additional training in associated areas.
• Act as a role model for professional behaviours and effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Assist in the digital care planning process, supporting technology adoption and improving care efficiency.

• Registered nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
• Valid NMC Pin number.
• Demonstrated commitment to the NMC standards of practice.
• Strong mentoring and supervisory skills, able to support students and colleagues.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and ability to recognise abuse or neglect.
