ATL Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first- and second-line support across the organisation. You will help ensure reliable IT systems, resolve issues quickly, and assist with infrastructure, security, and compliance standards.
You will diagnose and repair hardware and software, install and maintain desktops, laptops, networks, and software, and manage helpdesk tickets to meet SLA and KPI targets.
