About The Role

We are looking for kind, compassionate nurses to join our committed care home teams. This role involves working nights as a Registered Nurse in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills, mentoring colleagues, supervising student nurses and delivering person‑centred care for residents. You will also support safeguarding, advocate for residents, and help them navigate life‑changing decisions.

• Provide clinical care to residents in a care home environment.
• Practice in a nurse‑led setting, delivering complex decision making and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; act as practice supervisor and assessor for student nurses.
• Advocate and deliver person‑centred care, support families, and maintain high professional standards.
• Recognise and act on safeguarding concerns, complete safeguarding training and report incidents when necessary.
• Support residents during vulnerable times and provide guidance on life‑changing decisions.

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
• Valid NMC PIN and commitment to NMC standards of practice.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for teaching and developing others.
• Ability to work nights and in a fast‑moving care home setting.
