What You'll Be Doing
Quality & Inspection
Inspect incoming components to ensure they meet specification and customer expectations
Carry out final inspection on all products before dispatch
Maintain a smooth flow of goods through the inspection process, prioritising work to support production needs
CMM Programming & Measurement
Create and refine CMM programmes to improve throughput and measurement accuracy
Support continuous improvement of inspection methods and measurement capability
Supplier & Internal Quality Support
Act as the first point of contact for supplier non‑conformance issues
Work closely with engineering, production, and QA teams to resolve quality concerns
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuity of supply
NCR & Calibration Control
Manage the NCR system, ensuring accurate recording, reporting, and follow‑up
Maintain calibration of all inspection equipment, ensuring nothing goes out of tolerance
General Responsibilities
Assist with analysis of certified materials when required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised inspection area
Follow all site health, safety, and fire regulations
