Salary: 14.43 – Umbrella
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

St David Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading construction organisation to recruit a proactive and detail-focused Quality Performance Advisor to support quality, performance and compliance across a range of projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who enjoys working with data, monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement.
Working closely with project teams, you will help monitor quality standards, track key performance indicators and support audits and compliance reviews. You will play an important role in identifying trends, highlighting areas for improvement and helping to embed best practice across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor quality and performance across construction projects
* Track KPIs and produce clear, accurate performance information
* Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
* Provide actionable insights to support operational decision-making
* Support internal audits and compliance reviews
* Assist with maintaining quality records and documentation
* Work closely with project and operational teams to promote best practice
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects
* Identify and raise quality or compliance concerns where required
* Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
About You
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident working with data, performance information and KPIs
* Able to identify trends and provide clear, practical insights
* Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable working collaboratively with a range of teams
* Proactive, reliable and keen to support continuous improvement
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous
* Knowledge of quality, compliance or regulatory frameworks would be beneficial
* Previous experience within construction, infrastructure, quality or compliance would be advantageous
