Cotswold Outdoor is hiring a Sales Assistant (Customer Advisor) to help customers find the right outdoor gear and deliver a standout shopping experience. You’ll join a friendly store team, learn gait analysis, boot fitting and rucksack fitting, and grow your knowledge while assisting hikers and weekend explorers.
Starting salary is £12.98 per hour, with £11.34 per hour for under 21s, plus benefits including wellbeing support, ongoing training, and staff discounts on outdoor gear.
