Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. This is a full-time locum post with a rewarding daily rate and a chance to contribute to improving lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
You will undertake assessments under relevant Welsh legislation, develop care plans, balance risks, and work with multidisciplinary teams, while maintaining records and promoting social inclusion within the community.
