Codi Group in Wales is seeking a part-time Floating Support Worker for the Diversionary Scheme in Powys. The role supports individuals to live independently, working with a multi-agency team including Police and Housing, with a focus on reducing re-offending. It involves on-site housing-related support and a pattern of Monday–Friday.
A full driving licence and access to a car are required. You will contribute to empower clients to access services and achieve stability in their living
