We are currently looking to appoint a part time NPT Family Officer who must possess strong organisational, communication and IT skills. The appointed person must be professional, hard-working and able to organise and multi-task. The position will be 3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday) and will job share with the existing Officer.

We are looking for someone who is good with people, has excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience of providing general administration to a small team.

You will provide information to families, young people and professionals using a variety of media such as our website and social media pages as well as via email, text and telephone. You will update our social media pages and use the Dewis database to find services that support families.

Your daily routine will include responding to queries, creating social media content, contacting service providers to ensure their database entries are kept up to date as well as providing general admin support to the team and recording analytics about our website and social media reach.

About you:

Do you have:

  • Experience of providing admin support to a busy team
  • The ability to create interesting social media content
  • The ability to use a wide range of Microsoft applications
  • An understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent)
