About the Role

Acorn by Synergie is proud to be supporting a specialist contractor on a major long-term project in Port Talbot. We're currently looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Plant & Vehicle Marshal to join the team on site.

This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work in a stable role with a company that values safety, teamwork, and professionalism.

Key Duties

Direct and manage site traffic safely and efficiently.
Ensure clear access to and from site entrances at all times.
Support the wider site team with basic duties when traffic flow is minimal.
Communicate effectively with drivers, workers, and supervisors to maintain safety on site.

Requirements

Valid Traffic Marshal / Plant & Vehicle Marshal qualification - CPCS preferred; NPORS with CSCS logo accepted.
Strong understanding of site safety and communication protocols.
Previous experience working on construction or building sites.
Full UK driving licence and own transport due to site location.
Full PPE required.
