Part‑Time Superior Court CoordinatorThis position provides essential support to the Superior Court Administrator, coordinating non‑judicial functions of the Superior Court. This role requires familiarity with court rules, statutes, case types, and complex courtroom and records management processes. The Superior Court Coordinator performs duties under the supervision of the Superior Court Judge and Superior Court Administrator. Proficiency with multiple technological systems, including standard office software, is required.
Minimum QualificationsIndividual needs to be able to perform this job successfully in each essential duty satisfactorily. This includes helping to manage the overall operations and functions of the Superior Court. Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience in a legal setting in Washington State, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications required. Completion of required training for functional skills and certifications.
Hours & CompensationThis is a part‑time, 20 hours per week, UFCW position, Grade 23, Range: $23.85 to $28.48, per hour, DOE. Medical benefits, including dental and vision. Retirement provided through Washington State DRS. Plus PTO, 3 floater days, 11 paid holidays, and bereavement leave.
