Overview

Night Shift Family Birth Registered Nurse role at Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, Washington. The RN provides care during labor and delivery, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each patient using the nursing process. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while promoting continuity of care. You will also have the opportunity to support neighboring departments and contribute to the overall success of the facility.

• Provide exceptional nursing care during labor and delivery using the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating).
• Promote continuity of care and meet patient needs and expected outcomes.
• Support neighboring departments as needed to contribute to the overall success of the facility.

• Washington state RN license in good standing
• BLS Certification
• NRP Certification
• ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire
• STABLE Certification within 6 months of hire
• AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate and Advanced Certification within 6 months of hire
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Two (2) or more years of labor & delivery nursing experience

0.9 FTE; 36 hours/week;
Night Shift; 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
