Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a skilled and organized Certified Medical Assistant or LPN to join our new Urology team. Our Medical Assistants and LPNs play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and in delivering an exceptional experience for our patients.

Sign‑on Bonus: $6,000

Duration: 1.0 FTE;
Day Shift (8:30 am – 4:00 pm)

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through visits with professionalism and empathy.
• Support physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, contributing to overall clinic efficiency and quality of care.
• Assist with clinical tasks: recording vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, administering injections and vaccinations.
• Maintain organized records in the electronic medical record system.
• Ensure patient privacy, confidentiality, and satisfaction at all times.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Washington State certification in good standing; MA‑C or LPN required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Must stay current in knowledge base, certifications, and licenses required and meet Hospital‑mandated education requirements.
• Experienced MA‑Cs or LPNs and new graduates welcome.

Salary: $26.00 – $40.73 per hour.

Full‑time, Day Shift (8:30 am – 4:00 pm).
