Jefferson Healthcare invites an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead and elevate our hospital’s supply chain management. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic direction and hands‑on leadership for all aspects of supply chain operations—from sourcing and procurement to inventory management, distribution, and capital asset planning. Your expertise will drive sustainable cost reductions, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the seamless flow of critical resources that support exceptional patient care.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Supply Chain Management preferred; a bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5‑7 years of progressive experience in healthcare supply chain management.
• Minimum of 3 years of director‑level or senior leadership experience.
• Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CMRP, CPSM) is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
