Join Jefferson Healthcare as a Medical Assistant‑Certified in our Obstetrics & Gynecology clinic. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and delivering an exceptional experience for patients.
In this multifaceted position, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through visits with professionalism and empathy. You will support physicians, nurses, and the administrative team, assisting with clinical tasks such as recording vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, administering injections and vaccinations, and maintaining organized records in our electronic medical record system. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, can multitask effectively, and is committed to patient privacy and satisfaction.

- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Washington State certification in good standing; MA‑C or LPN required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Two years of experience preferred (experienced MA‑C’s or LPN’s and new graduates welcome)
- Must stay current in knowledge base, certifications, and licenses required; meet hospital‑mandated education requirements
Schedule:
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, day shift (four ten‑hour shifts). No weekends. Salary: $26.00–$39.87 per hour.
