About the RoleThe Medical Assistant serves as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through visits with professionalism and empathy. This position supports physicians, nurses, and administrative staff while performing clinical tasks such as recording vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, administering injections and vaccinations, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
Responsibilities- Assist physicians and nurses with clinical tasks including vital signs, injections, and vaccinations.
- Prepare patients for exams and maintain organized patient records in the electronic medical record system.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients and ensuring a smooth visit experience.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies.
- Multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- $6,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible applicants.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current Washington State certification in good standing; MA‑C or LPN required.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Two years of experience preferred.
- Must stay current in knowledge, certifications, and licenses required by hospital mandates.
- Experienced MA‑C’s and new graduates welcome.
1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week, day shift; four 10‑hour shifts (0700‑1730).
