Salary: $61.50 - $95.96 per hour

• 15% wage increase in lieu of benefits

• Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Pharmacy required
• Current Washington State Pharmacy License in good standing
• Current Washington State Pharmacy preceptor preferred
• 5 years of hospital and/or retail pharmacy and clinical pharmacy preferred
• Computer experience with pharmacy systems preferred
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification (Inpatient) required within one year of date of hire

.01 FTE; 0-16 hr/week;
Variable Shift (M-F 0630 or 1230; S/S );
