Overview

CRNA Per Diem Opportunity: $2,000/Shift in Port Townsend, WA at Jefferson Healthcare. We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our per diem team and support our mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This is a flexible, per diem role with a premium per diem rate and W-2 employment.

Jefferson Healthcare is an innovative, award-winning healthcare system located in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. You will work with a skilled general anesthesia team, providing care across a wide range of specialties at a CRNA-only practice, including general surgery, OBGYN (including cesarean sections), urology, orthopedics, ENT, pulmonology, dermatology, endoscopy, plastics, and hand procedures.

• Premium Pay:
  Earn a flat rate of $2,000 per shift for every shift you work.
• W-2 Employment:
  Taxes handled for you with the security of a W-2 position.
• Malpractice Coverage Included:
  Comprehensive malpractice insurance.
• Single Hospital, One EMR:
  Work exclusively at our Critical Access Hospital; experience streamlined workflow powered by Epic EMR.

• National Board Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in anesthesia.
• Experience with general anesthesia, spinal and epidurals (including thoracic and lumbar), regional anesthesia, nerve blocks, IV sedation, and Monitored Anesthesia Care. Proficiency in anesthesia for orthopedic procedures (hip/knee total joints, fractures, shoulder surgeries), laparotomies, hernia repairs, laparoscopic procedures, urology, OBGYN procedures (including laparoscopic hysterectomies), plastics (including breast reductions), hand surgeries, Mohs repair, and cardioversions. Proficient in obtaining central lines and intubations in ED/ICU settings as needed.
