As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to:

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for cutting‑edge medical components
• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians; manage daily departmental workflow
• Conduct performance reviews and one‑on‑one coaching and planning
• Develop action plans to meet efficiency and cost targets
• Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and goal alignment
• Drive efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement across operations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for new product introductions and scale‑up
• Manage capital projects from equipment selection to commissioning
• Enhance standard operating procedures and drive process improvements
• Support quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 13485)
• Align engineering efforts with strategic goals and performance metrics
• Serve as a technical resource and thought leader across the organization

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Solidworks preferred), ERP systems, and data analysis tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting
• Experience in project management and process optimization
• Strong command of MS Office tools

• Experience in medical device manufacturing (ISO 13485)
• Background in job shop manufacturing environments
