Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Controller to join our family-owned company in Saukville, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with over 10 years of experience, including prior management and manufacturing experience. This position reports directly to the owner.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.

Ensure the accuracy of inventory and cost accounting.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a management role.

Experience in the manufacturing industry is required.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
