2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PMMolded Dimensions Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Rubber Molder / Finishing Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team in Port Washington, Wisconsin. This is a versatile, hands-on position supporting both our molding and finishing departments to help ensure the production of high-quality rubber components that meet customer specifications.

What You'll DoAs a Rubber Molder / Finishing Operator, you will work across both departments as business needs require, performing molding, inspection, and finishing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate rubber molding equipment and monitor production processes.

Maintain an adequate supply of raw materials and inserts for machine operation.

Inspect molded components during production to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform finishing operations on molded parts, including trimming and detailed inspection.

Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify customer specifications and product quality.

Complete required production, quality, and inspection documentation accurately.

Identify and communicate quality, production, or equipment concerns to supervisors.

Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.

Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For Manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow written instructions and inspection procedures.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
