Registered Nurse (RN) – Part‑Time 1st Shift

Wages up to $45.50/hr additional shift differentials offered for PM/NOC.

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients for a shift of duty. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standards of care, manages the environment to maintain resident/patient safety, and supervises the resident/patient care activity performed by nursing assistants and helpers.

The RN follows all North Shore policies and procedures, performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act, and follows applicable JCAHO standards.

• An RN with an active license and a heart for elder care.
• Someone who values teamwork, accountability, and pride in their work.
• Must have and maintain current CPR certification.
• Able to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.).
• Ability to calculate drug dosage.
• Meets all health requirements imposed by law.
• Can relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other staff.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Demonstrated basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred – passion and attitude matter most.
• New graduates welcome with training and support provided.
