Regional HSE Director

Corporate HSE/DOT Director.

Southway Crane & Rigging.

TNT Crane & Rigging Family of Companies is looking for an experienced Regional HSE Director to lead safety initiatives across multiple branches within the region. In this role, you will ensure compliance with TNT Crane & Rigging Family of Companies HSE standards, improve safety performance, and implement safety policies and procedures aligned with governmental requirements. • Develop and implement HSE action plans for ongoing improvement in safety performance across all branches within the region
• Provide training materials, tools, and resources to deliver comprehensive safety programs to company personnel
• Advise on regulatory compliance, ensuring new policies, training, and procedures are in place to meet safety requirements
• Identify and address any HSE deficiencies, ensuring corrective actions are completed and followed up with individuals
• Provide coaching and performance feedback for branch managers to ensure consistent safety standards
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory and business standards
• Coordinate with insurance companies, vendors, and authorities on incident management, claims, and requests for information
• Maintain incident documentation and recordkeeping systems to support safety compliance, standards, and best practices
• Support and collaborate with external resources, Safety Council, industry associations, and regulatory bodies to stay informed on evolving standards
• Serve as a champion for the iCARE initiative, leading and participating in branch‑specific activities and programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior HSE leadership

• 10+ years of experience in HSE management or safety leadership roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or a related discipline, or Safety Certification (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
