Contract:

Full‑time, permanent. Salary: £50,000–£55,000. Includes 3‑month paid accommodation and full relocation support.

• Lead the successful opening and long‑term operation of the nursery.
• Set a tone of warmth, trust, and high standards from day one.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and Guernsey’s local regulatory frameworks.
• Partner with parents, professionals, and the wider island community.
• Inspire your team to deliver best‑in‑class care, education, and support.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Busy Bees UK to deliver excellence.

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing or deputy‑managing a nursery setting.
• A genuine passion for building and leading teams.
• A strong knowledge of EYFS and commitment to child‑led learning.
• Ambition to create a new centre culture from scratch.
• Leadership that balances kindness, high expectations, and joy.
