Irwin M&E Limited is recruiting a Building Quantity Surveyor (Measured Term Contracts) to join the Building Division on a NI-based framework. The post is full-time permanent, reporting to the Quantity Surveying Manager, with duties covering bid evaluation, tender preparation and final accounts for long-term government contracts.
You will manage site surveys, cost reporting, interim valuations and ensure strong client/consultant liaison, while maintaining quality and H&S standards.
