The Role:
Manage the commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projects.
Oversee NEC3 and JCT main contracts, sub-contracts, and collateral warranties.
Collaborate with the procurement team to support ordering/buying as needed.
Maintain strong working relationships with site teams and stakeholders.
Mentor and develop less experienced team members.
Ensure contractual compliance, accurate reporting, and cost control.
The Person:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of NEC3 and JCT contract administration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
