A local agency of NFU Mutual, located on the Lurgan Road we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our area, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. Due to a period of growth, an exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Portadown Agency sales team as a Customer Service Adviser.
Day to day activities in this role will include:
- Handling general customer enquiries to include policy adjustments and claims queries
- Taking incoming phone calls and face to face enquiries regarding existing and new policies in a timely manner
- Making outgoing calls to customers to generate new business and inform existing customers of any relevant policy information
- Maintaining accurate client data on an ongoing basis using a CRM system
- Carrying out day to day administration as part of a busy and motivated sales office.
- Operating within a compliant environment, regulated by NFU Mutual and the Financial Conduct Authority.
- A* – C grade GCSE’s Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
- Motivated to proactively build client relationships
- Able to work independently and also as part of a small sales team
- Proficient in computer skills and able to use a CRM system effectively to manage sales activity
- Although sales experience is desirable, what is equally as important is the desire to learn, work to a high standard with enthusiasm and determination
- Office Experience desirable
