NFU Mutual in Portadown is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join our local agency sales team. The role handles customer enquiries, policy adjustments and claims queries, delivering friendly service in person and over the phone.
You will work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, in a busy office, using a CRM system to manage client data and support sales activities. A*-C GCSEs in Maths and English are required, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
