We are seeking a highly organised,
Service Support Executive to join our Service team at Prentice Portadown. This is an exciting opportunity to work with two premium automotive brands (BMW & MINI), supporting our Service and Sales departments while delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey. This role is a back of house role designed to assist the efficient day to day running of a fast paced service department.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

8:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday (rota basis):

9:00am – 1:00pm

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Service and Sales teams. Duties will include:

Assisting with inbound and outbound service department enquiries

Supporting Service Advisors with administrative duties

Managing and updating CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records

Handling customer queries professionally and promptly

Accurately costing

retail, warranty and internal repair orders

in line with manufacturer and company guidelines.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in an automotive, service, or administrative role (preferred)

Possess excellent communication and organisational skills

Be highly computer literate with experience using CRM systems

Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate strong attention to detail

Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional manner

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
