Management Accountant

Description

We are hiring for our client, a large and well-established organisation in the Craigavon area, who are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join their experienced finance team.

This is a commercially focused Management Accountant role offering genuine progression within a growing business. The successful Management Accountant will take ownership of the management accounts process, partnering with operational stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified or part-qualified accountant who is keen to develop their commercial acumen within a supportive, forward-thinking environment. Hybrid working is available.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis
• Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Business partnering with operational teams to drive performance
• KPI reporting and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Cashflow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
• Supporting senior finance leadership with ad-hoc commercial projects

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or part-qualified with relevant experience
• Strong management accounts experience within a commercial environment
• Confident communicator with the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a desire to grow and progress
