BCN Group is seeking a 2nd Line Support Consultant to join our service desk in Northern Ireland, with occasional travel to client sites. You will act as escalation point for 1st line engineers, handling email and phone-based technical support and ensuring issues are resolved within SLAs.
Ideal candidates have MSP background and strong knowledge of Windows Server, O365, Azure, and security tools. A passion for IT and customer service is essential. Competitive BCN benefits and 37.5 hour week.
