We are seeking a Production Operator to contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our clients manufacturing processes.
This role offers the chance to be part of a pivotal stage as the company transitions from development to structured growth. Day-to-Day of the Role:
Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures. Prepare raw materials, monitor small-scale reactors, and carry out in-process quality checks. Record production data and complete all activities in line with site procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. Maintain process control, respond to process deviations, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure consistent product quality and operational excellence through collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Essential:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or factory environment. Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Basic computer literacy. Desirable:
Experience in a high-hazard manufacturing facility or with automated/semi-automated equipment. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO standards, or quality systems. Forklift Truck (FLT) licence or experience in lean manufacturing environments. Benefits:
