To effectively schedule the factories production lines, optimising runs and minimising down time based on allergens whilst maintaining our Customer Service level.

• Import the forecasting
• Production planning using computer software package, e.g Defacto /ERP/MRP etc
• Running reports daily (min/max stock holding per product area)
• Liasing with managers and other departments to ensure smooth running of production
• Using computer software to collect and analyse figures and produce schedules ensuring schedule is optimised in accordance with allergen management, minimising changeover where possible.
• Capacity plan update
• Goods out daily
• Check raw materials for line and works orders ensuring appropriate stock availability
• CSL report update
• BOM tables updated for packaging and raw material requirements

• At least 2 years experience in a production planning and scheduling role
• Excellent organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal / communication skills
