The RoleSales Support Coordinator

We are now seeking a motivated and detail-orientated sales support coordinator to support our sales team at our Portadown location. The purpose of the sales support coordinator is to assist the sales and aftersales team in the smooth running of the Renault sales and aftersales departments. The Sales Support Coordinator must devote themselves to learning about our products. The aim of the role is to coordinate the progression of vehicles from their arrival on site to being forecourt ready.
Using the latest technology, some duties will include checking in vehicles, forecourt branding, assisting the sales & aftersales teams, taxing cars, greeting customers and supporting the site and forecourt maintenance of the Portadown site.
- Provides practical & administrative support to the sales team, such as taxing cars, MOT vehicles & administrative support as required
- Manage and update the Site Movement Sheet to accurately reflect where all vehicles are on site at any given time from delivery to service, buffing, repair, valet and the forecourt.
- Ensure showroom is clean and tidy and supplies of refreshments are continually available
- Assists in the maintenance, quality and condition of the vehicles on display
- Ensures that forecourt stock is clean and serviceable for static and dynamic demonstrations to prospective customers and that the vehicle presentation meets Dealership standards
- Support the aftersales manager to assist in the smooth running of the department.
- Ability to process information accurately and efficiently, including memorising licence plate numbers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to work in an outdoor environment, moving cars and performing driving duties, taxing cars, customer service and other driving duties.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel
- Valid driver’s licence
- Flexibility and willingness to learn on the job
