We are now seeking an organised, Parts Advisor, who has exemplary customers service skills to join our team.
Location: Portadown premises
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm
Salary: £21,440 - £34,200 OTE - depending on experience
The RoleAs a Trainee Parts Advisor, you will be trained to provide excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
The role involves:

- Selling parts to internal & external customers to achieve to the agreed targets
- Optimising sales opportunities
- Order taking via the telephone, email and face to face
- Order picking
- Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking
- Systematically arranging the parts in the stock room
- Assisting with the pre-picking of parts for service workshop team
- Delivering parts to our trade customers
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and willing to learn. Having a friendly outlook with a positive, can do attitude is essential, everything else we can teach you. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a valid clean driving licence as you may on occasions be required to deliver parts to our customers.
Ideally you will have a track record of working hard, preferably with a customer facing or stores role. More experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
