Estate Agent Sales Manager

VANRATH is working with a well established estate agency in the Portadown area on the appointment of an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager
. This is a senior, varied role combining residential valuations, sales and management of the team, with strong earning potential on top of a competitive basic.

It will suit an experienced property professional who can value and win instructions, drive sales through to completion and lead the team from the front. There is genuine commission and bonus upside here for someone who delivers.

• Permanent, full time
• Portadown area
• £40,000 to £60,000 basic, depending on experience
• High OTE through commission and bonus, plus mileage and phone

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out residential property valuations and win new instructions
• Manage the sales process from valuation through to completion
• Lead, support and develop the branch team
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Drive the office to hit and exceed sales and commission targets
• Keep activity and records accurate across the branch

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience within residential estate agency, at valuer, senior or management level
• Strong track record in valuations, winning instructions and closing sales
• Experience managing or mentoring a team
• Confident, target driven and commercially minded
• Excellent local market knowledge an advantage
• Full driving licence
